Oliver Hume found Sentrient at a time when the business was seeking the assistance of a LMS to enhance and track the training it delivers to its 200 staff spread across more than 50 sites. As Oliver Hume’s Group HR Manager, Chris Trinquard, explained to us:

The automated email templates and reminder notifications save a lot of time for administrators in following-up with users who may be overdue in completing their training or policy sign-offs.
Chris confirmed that the Oliver Hume executive team are satisfied with the investment they have made in the Sentrient solution. They understand that risk is being mitigated due to the rigour of the system, with reporting templates streamlining their ability to review compliance rates. The executive team understand they have a responsibility to educate and provide constant reinforcement for conduct-related matters and appropriate workplace behaviours.
