Sentrient Release Notes

Outlined below is a list of changes from our most recent release in May.

Session running on 12^th of June 2025 will provide an overview of the updates, including new features and enhancement. Whether you’re a regular user or just getting started, this webinar is designed to help you understand the latest developments, and how to make the most of them.

General

• Help icon allowing system administrators to log support tickets and view how to resources
• Drag and Drop files function available
• Bulk Upload and Bulk Change Staff Details XLSX include more information for fields
• Multifactor Authentication available on Android and IOS app

Courses

• More accurate tracking of time to complete courses
• Course Statistics available within the Compliance Dashboard (showing total time spent, total enrolments and total completions over a period of time)
• Response Type of Text available for course assessment questions (single and multi line)
• Course Status Report – Page functionality to view up to 1000 items at once

Policies

• Response Type of Text available for policy assessment questions (single and multi line)
• Policy Status Report – Page functionality to view up to 1000 items at once

Records

• Change number of items per page in Manage Records screen (default will show 10, but can be expanded to 2000)
• View Record attachments in the platform, in a pop out window (previously use to have to download)
• Bulk “Export of Record Data” (extract existing list and attachments)
• Bulk Request Records when running a Record Gap Report
• Record Summary Report – Includes Required by filter
• Record Status Report – Includes Required by filter
• Record Status Report – Page functionality to view up to 2000 items at once
• Matrix Report – CSV export including the expiry date next to Records

Register

• Manage Registers includes staff status filter
• Option to clone fields within Register Name (Register Template)
• Registers is available on IOS and Android app
• Register Status Report – Includes Staff Status filter
• Register Activity Report – Includes Staff Status filter
• Individual Register Report – Includes export option of XLSX

Assets

• Asset Types include pre defined and custom fields
• Bulk upload Assets (mandatory fields only)
• Bulk upload by Asset Type (includes pre defined and custom fields)
• Allocate Assets for a period of time (including email reminders before, on and after due date)
• Individual Asset Report – New report to display assets of a particular type

Recruitment

• Request to recruit via widget on manager dashboard
• Job requests to display on the Recruitment dashboard

Forms

• Submit a form on behalf of a candidate
• Filter on direct reports when viewing form submissions of your team

Workflows

• Sequence Type of Actions included within workflows
• Sequence Type of Message to include “Nominated Person”

Documents

• Display the last used signature when drafting documents
• Option to include activity stream of a form via the Export Detail PDF (show form request, submission and approvals)

Knowledgebase

• File Type of SCORM available within Knowledgebase

• Add notes when cancelling leave

• Generate Email Templates content using AI
• Generate Form Templates using AI

Email Templates

• Option to select from manager and secondary manger to be recipient of emails
• Email template restore option to revert the template back to its original state
