This includes important HR information such as job start date and probation period, personal information such as medical information and emergency contact details, financial information such as banking details, superannuation details, payroll details and tax declarations, work eligibility information such as the right to work, professional profile information such as position details, qualifications and employment history, and the ability to upload documents.

The online workforce management employee engagement module allows you to manage requests and approval for leave and can integrate with payroll systems such as Xero and MYOB. You can also run a staff calendar for leave, birthdays, public holidays and important days of the year. Within the employee engagement module, you can also send organisational announcements, message users, recognise and reward staff, publish photos to a photo album, and seek feedback using the employee engagement and online survey feature.

The online workforce management compliance module allows you to enrol staff in compliance courses, workplace policies and procedures, and compliance records. It has an incident reporting tool and an online survey feature that allows you to run pulse surveys of your governance, risk and compliance framework. The workforce management compliance software comes preloaded with legally endorsed online compliance courses and accesses the Sentrient suite of HR policy templates. It also enables automated notifications and reminders for all your compliance records.

The online workforce management learning module allows you to access off-the-shelf online courses from the Sentrient library, content from third-party sources such as industry associations, government websites and third-party course providers, or to create your own courses from scratch. You can manage events such as webinars, face to face training and track attendance at seminars and conferences. There is also a knowledgebase that allows you to publish and distribute content to individuals and groups in support of your overall learning and development agenda.

The online workforce management performance module allows you to set up business objectives, position descriptions, staff goals, performance reviews, and record the ongoing performance conversations in support of your performance management framework. There are user-friendly performance dashboards for staff, managers and administrations, an easy-to-understand workflow that supports ongoing staff and manager performance conversations and allows system administrators to see where things are at across the whole organisation.
