No. Sentrient does not do rostering, class timetabling, award interpretation, payroll or member bookings. It is the HR and compliance layer beside your gym management and rostering tools. It connects with business tools such as Xero, MYOB and KeyPay, and holds staff records, timesheets, training and certificates.

Yes. You can store first aid, CPR, AUSactive registration and working with children check details against each staff record and upload the certificates. Managers see what is current and what is due. Your studio remains responsible for checking certificates are valid and meet the requirements that apply to each role.

Set expiry dates in Sentrient and automatic reminders go to the staff member and their manager before the date arrives. AUSactive lists CPR as valid for 12 months and first aid for 3 years. A dashboard shows every certificate coming due across your studios, so nothing depends on memory.

Fair Work says the Fitness Award [MA000094] covers fitness industry employers and employees in its classifications, including fitness instructors, personal trainers, coaches, lifeguards and receptionists. Some roles fall under other awards. Sentrient stores employment records and contracts but does not interpret awards, so your business remains responsible for checking coverage and pay.

Manager versions cover WHS, bullying and sexual harassment. First aid and CPR are not included and need an accredited provider.
