These terms and conditions constitute a contract between the customer (you) and Sentrient www.sentrient.com.au

Agreement

• The online course that you have downloaded or about to complete will be made available free of charge by Sentrient to you.
• You acknowledge that this online course is intended to provide commentary and general information only. The contents do not constitute government, legal or medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice.
• You acknowledge that Sentrient owns the Intellectual Property of this course, including all copyrights, database rights, trade mark rights (whether registered or unregistered), trade secrets, confidential information, all know-how and all other rights of intellectual property, including but not limited to designs, symbols, names, images and content, other than references made to third party sources within the course.
• You acknowledge that you will not copy or attempt to recreate this course or any of the Intellectual Property associated with it, without written consent from Sentrient.
• You acknowledge that Sentrient may change the specifications of the content from time to time and is under no obligations to communicate such changes to you.
• You agree to only use this course for your own individual purposes and will not use this for any other purpose without authorised consent in writing from Sentrient.
• You acknowledge that you are using this course at your risk and without limitation, Sentrient has no responsibility for maintaining this course nor will Sentrient be held liable for any damages as a result of you using this course, by you or anyone in else whom you have made this course available to.
• If you have downloaded this course as a Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) it will be useable in most Learning Management Systems, provided they are SCORM compliant. However no guarantee is provided as the suitability and applicability to your individual LMS.
• In return for providing access to this online course free of charge, you are to provide Sentrient with co-operation in assessing the user’s experience and feedback about the course for future improvements and acknowledge that Sentrient may contact you directly for such feedback. In the event that you do not honour the terms and conditions of this agreement Sentrient may revoke your right to access this online course at any time.
