The Company
Carinya Society, based in Melbourne, Australia, provides adult training and support services to advance the independence, dignity, worth, and human rights of people with disabilities. With over 70 day programs and community participation services, Carinya supports more than 100 participants. They also offer Respite Care and Specialist Disability Accommodation Services, making a significant impact in the lives of individuals and their families.
The Challenge
Before implementing the Sentrient platform, Carinya faced significant challenges in managing employee data and training. Their information systems were scattered across payroll systems, client CRM, and shared drives, which resulted in errors and inefficiencies. Additionally, onboarding new staff was cumbersome due to the large amount of required documentation and training that needed to be managed manually.
