The Company
Penleigh Essendon Grammar School (PEGS) is an independent school with 4 campuses. Kindergarten, Junior School girls, Junior School boys and Middle School girls and boys. Across these campuses supporting roughly 3,300 students with a staff base of 560.
The Challenge
PEGS, similar to many other organisations were manually managing their training process. Having to manage training for new staff, and assigning of policies all individually without a platform to support them. They were looking for a system they could trust and that could be adapted to run their onboarding process. Their main aim was to go paperless and find a platform which was going to make their life easy when it comes to the compliance of the school. In the education industry it is important for the school as well as its staff to maintain regulatory compliance across the board.
The Solution
Sentrient has been able to help PEGS with: - Legally endorsed compliance training that is reviewed at a minimum annually by our legal partners Mills Oakley Lawyers - Offering expertise and templates for enrolment of training and policy sign off by staff - Integrations with Azure - An area to house Courses and Policies for sign off by staff, closely supported with features such as version control to manage their library of resources PEGS has “been able to automate all of our training and compliance, onboarding and offboarding of staff, which has been a game changer”.
