The Sentrient Pty Ltd (Sentrient) terms and conditions are applicable for the use of the Sentrient online workplace compliance system.
1. Sentrient is responsible for giving you access to the Sentrient online workplace compliance system.
2. You have confirmed the number of active users (User Licenses) and the length of your agreement (Length of Agreement).
3. Active users (User Licenses) is the total number of ‘active’ users on the system at any one time and does not include users that are ‘inactive’ on your system.
4. You will get access to your company’s instance of Sentrient online workplace compliance system. This enables you to enrol and report on your users' completion of the Sentrient workplace compliance courses and your company’s own workplace policies.
5. You can add new users and/or assign new enrolments in your company’s instance of Sentrient workplace compliance system for the Length of Agreement.
6. If you exceed your User Licenses you will be notified by the Sentrient support team and invoiced in accordance with your company’s cost/user/annum.
7. You will be billed annually for your nominated User Licenses for the Length of Agreement.
8. Your company’s instance of Sentrient online workplace compliance system is valid for the Length of Agreement.
9. Your service will continue for the Length of Agreement. If you do not continue the service, you will no longer have access to your company’s instance of Sentrient online workplace compliance system. Any unused User Licenses will no longer be valid.
10. In relation to these Terms and Conditions, Intellectual Property means all created works of Sentrient, including but not limited to the Sentrient online workplace compliance system and all associated software, courses, systems, designs, symbols, names, images and marketing techniques.
11. You acknowledge that Sentrient owns the Intellectual Property of the Sentrient online workplace compliance system.
12. Sentrient acknowledge that you own the Intellectual Property of all personnel data and associated records and any content that you upload into your company’s instance of Sentrient online workplace compliance system.
13. Sentrient does not give you any Intellectual Property rights other than outlined above.
14. You acknowledge that the online workplace compliance courses provided as part of the Sentrient online workplace compliance system are intended to provide commentary and general information only. The contents do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice.
15. Sentrient are responsible for maintaining the online workplace compliance courses to comply with changes in Australian legislation and to communicate such changes and make available the updated versions through the Sentrient online workplace compliance system.
16. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you accept to take any steps necessary to recognise and protect the Intellectual Property rights of Sentrient. You will also ensure that your users accept these same Intellectual Property rights.
17. You will not copy or attempt to recreate the Sentrient online workplace compliance system or any of the other Intellectual Property of Sentrient, without prior written consent of Sentrient.
18. You accept to use Sentrient services only for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
19. Our privacy policy explains how Sentrient protects the privacy of your personal information under privacy laws. It will apply to any personal information you provide us during your dealings with us.
