Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV) is a not-for-profit independent and impartial dispute resolution service that investigates and resolves complaints, in Victoria’s electricity, gas and water sector.

EWOV were recommended to Sentrient by a colleague organisation in 2020, as they were looking for an alternative online learning and compliance solution. Ease of use was a high priority, and EWOV were also looking for a partner that could support them with their induction and ongoing workplace relations and safety program, at induction and for ongoing compliance training and policy completions.
We recently spoke with Marella Verbeeten, Head of People and Culture, and this is what she had to say.
