We recently caught up with GCH CEO, Greg Little, and Executive Administrator and Quality Coordinator, Kerry Heinrich, who shared with us their reasons for adopting Sentrient’s system.

As the system administrator for GCH, Kerry said she finds the Sentrient dashboard to be a simple and effective way of monitoring compliance. “The automatic reminders put the onus back on staff to complete their training on time, and the ability to report based on work teams makes it easy for managers to follow-up when necessary.” Kerry also mentioned that the ability for her to easily upload new content is a real bonus, and that the service from Sentrient had been very responsive.
