1300 040 589 Housing Trust found Sentrient at a time when it was looking to close a gap in the organisation’s workplace compliance training program. Housing Trust’s People and Culture Coordinator, Diana Donovan, had seen online learning systems before, and was keen to implement a system that could provide a more efficient and reliable approach to basic training requirements and policy sign-off. She identified Sentrient as an economical solution for Housing Trust as a small not-for-profit with approximately 50 staff. 15 months into our partnership, we spoke with Diana about her experience so far.
“The level of service we receive from Sentrient is excellent,” said Diana. “The team is very responsive. They are easily contactable, and get back to us very quickly if we require any help with the system.”
Diana also shared with us that Housing Trust staff members appreciate having on online system that allows them to approach their individual compliance requirements in a manner that suits their needs – the training can be completed as and when they have time to do it.
As the system administrator for Housing Trust, Diana likes the ease with which new staff members can be added to the system and allocated relevant training and policy material. Diana finds the administrator dashboard to be very useful in tracking activity, with the reporting templates being easy to use.
Like other Tier 1 Registered Community Housing Providers, Housing Trust has its registration reviewed on a periodic basis. “Having a reliable workplace compliance system in place is a helpful piece of evidence for us to provide to the regulator as part of our registration renewal process,” said Diana.
