Certified Psychological Health & Safety Training
Accredited psychological health and safety training has a precise meaning in Australia that is worth separating from general marketing use.
Nationally accredited means training delivered by a registered training organisation against units of competency from a national training package, leading to a statement of attainment or a qualification. It is regulated, and the provider will hold an RTO number you can check.
Everything else is non-accredited training. That is not a criticism. Most workplace compliance training is non-accredited, it is often more current and better targeted than accredited units, and it satisfies the same obligation.
Which you need depends on why you are training. For meeting the work health and safety duty and evidencing that workers were informed, well-designed non-accredited training with a completion record does the job. Accredited training matters where a role, a funder or a contract specifically requires a qualification.
Neither discharges the duty by itself, because training is one control among several. Safe Work Australia sets out what managing psychosocial hazards involves. This is general information rather than legal advice.
