Examples Of Sexual Harassment In The Workplace
The examples of sexual harassment in the workplace that get missed are not the obvious ones. They are missed because of where they happen, or who they happen to.

The work function. Conduct at a Christmas party treated as separate from work because alcohol was involved and attendance was voluntary. It is not separate.
From a client or patient. Staff in care, retail and hospitality often absorb this as part of the job, and are rarely asked about it.
To a contractor or labour hire worker. They are covered, and they are the least likely to report.
The Australian Human Rights Commission explains the duty across all of these. This is general information rather than legal advice.
