AI Training for Employees
AI training for employees usually demonstrates what the tools can do. People work that out on their own within a week. The boundaries they do not work out at all.
What belongs in the training. Which tools are approved and which are not. What must never be entered, meaning personal information, customer data, health information, anything under a confidentiality obligation, and unpublished commercial material. That output must be checked before it is relied on. That the person using it remains accountable for the result. And where to ask when a situation is not covered.
Keep it short and specific to your organisation. A generic module about the technology teaches nothing about what is permitted here, which is the only question people actually have.
