Appropriate workplace behaviour training covers the clear cases quickly. Nobody needs a module to know that abuse is unacceptable. The value is in the grey zone, and most content avoids it.
Work functions. Christmas parties, farewells and team drinks are connected to employment, including where alcohol is involved and attendance is voluntary. Staff routinely believe otherwise.
