Employee Behavior Training
Employee behavior training is usually built around two roles, the person behaving badly and the person on the receiving end. Most people in a workplace are neither.
They are bystanders. They see something, register that it was not right, and say nothing, because nothing they could say feels available in that moment.
That is the gap worth training, and not with confrontation, which very few people will attempt. The realistic options are smaller and they work. Interrupting with something neutral to break the moment. Checking in with the person afterwards, which matters more than people expect. Naming it privately later. Backing them up if they raise it, so they are not the only voice in the room.
Teaching four things a person will actually do beats teaching one thing they will not.
Safe Work Australia covers the psychosocial duty. This is general information rather than legal advice, and obligations vary by state and territory.
