ESG eLearning
ESG eLearning is usually bought as one module for everyone. It explains what environmental, social and governance stands for, and then stops.
The problem is that nothing in ESG lands on everyone equally. Procurement carries the supply chain questions. Finance carries the reporting and data quality. HR carries most of the social measures. The board carries the governance layer and the sign off.
A single module pitched to all of them ends up general enough to be useless to each. People finish it able to define the term and unable to say what changes in their own work on Monday.
A more useful structure is a short common module covering why it matters and what is being reported, then separate role based content for the three or four functions that actually hold obligations.
