Psychological Safety Webinar
A psychological safety webinar suits the stage before a training rollout, when leaders need to understand what the psychosocial duty actually asks of them and what psychological safety is in practice.
A useful session covers the difference between psychological safety as a team climate and psychological health and safety as a work health and safety duty, what counts as a psychosocial hazard, what the risk management steps look like in an ordinary organisation, and where most employers are currently exposed. It works best when it leaves people with something to do on Monday rather than a definition.
It is a briefing rather than a substitute for training or for a risk assessment. The duty requires identifying hazards, assessing risk and putting controls in place, and no webinar discharges that.
Safe Work Australia publishes the model Code of Practice on managing psychosocial hazards at work. This is general information rather than legal advice.
