Respect At Work
Respect at Work is often used as a slogan. In Australia it names a specific set of reforms, and the distinction matters because a real legal duty came out of them.
The central change was the positive duty under the Sex Discrimination Act. Employers must take reasonable and proportionate measures to eliminate sexual harassment, sex-based harassment, hostile workplace environments and related victimisation, so far as possible.
The word doing the work is positive. The obligation exists whether or not anyone has complained. An organisation with an empty complaints register is not automatically compliant, because what is assessed is what you did to prevent the conduct.
Practically, that means a policy and an annual module are unlikely to be enough on their own for a larger or higher-risk employer. The Australian Human Rights Commission publishes the seven standards against which this is measured, and has powers to assess compliance. This is general information rather than legal advice.
