GRC Compliance Training
GRC compliance training is often bought as the whole thing. It covers the compliance third, which is the most concrete and the easiest to teach, and it leaves two gaps.
The risk gap. Compliance training teaches people what the rules are. It does not teach them to spot something that is not yet a breach but is heading that way. Almost every serious failure was visible as a risk before it was a breach.
The governance gap. It teaches people to follow a process. It does not teach anyone to question whether the process is the right one, or to escalate when a control is not working.
Compliance training on its own produces organisations that follow their procedures carefully while the procedures quietly stop matching how the work is really done. Nobody notices until something fails.
The Fair Work Ombudsman covers workplace obligations. This is general information rather than legal advice.
