GRC Training Courses

GRC training courses are usually bought as one event for everyone. A sequence works better, and it costs less than it sounds.

Level one, awareness. Short, everyone, on commencement rather than at the next annual round. What the organisation is obliged to do, what to report, and who to report it to. Twenty minutes is enough.

Level two, practitioner. Line managers and register owners. How to run a control, maintain a register, and handle an incident properly. This is where behaviour actually changes.

Level three, oversight. Executives and directors. Reading assurance, asking the right questions, and due diligence duties.

Most organisations buy level one for everyone and level three for the board, then skip the middle entirely. That middle group is the one operating the system every week, and it is where the return on the spend actually sits.
