Working Alone Online Training

Working alone online training suits this subject better than most, for the obvious reason. The people who need it are, by definition, not in the office when a face-to-face session is scheduled.

Field staff, home care workers, drivers and remote site technicians are the hardest group to gather and the group carrying the risk. Face-to-face delivery reaches them last, or during a rare all-staff day when the content competes with everything else on the agenda.

Online closes that gap and produces the completion record. What it cannot do is cover your own check-in procedure, your escalation contacts and your site-specific hazards, because no module knows them.

Pair it with a one-page procedure the worker keeps on their phone, listing who they check in with, when, and what happens if they do not.
